How Tim Elsea Saved Mountain Utility Company
Harbor Properties previously owned two
subsidiary companies: Mountain Utility Company and Schweitzer Ski Resort. When
Mountain Utility Company failed to remain profitable, Harbor Properties hired
Tim Elsea to facilitate the division of these properties into two distinct
companies. Under Tim Elsea’s leadership, Mountain Utility Company attained
compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, and earned regulation
from the Idaho Public Utilities Commission. Tim helped Mountain Utility Company
become profitable again thanks to his expert supervisory role and the
development of several ambitious initiatives to improve the lives of residents
in the area.
