He has lived in a variety of regions throughout his life and career including Montana, Idaho, and Washington, and relishes the time he spends in the great outdoors. In college, Tim Elsea was a part of the skydiving team at his university. As a student at Clemson University, Tim Elsea was a part of the skydiving team and even competed in the 1979 Collegiate Skydiving National Championships. Tim has sustained a long career in the public sector and has held several leadership roles as the assistant director and the director of numerous public works departments. He jumps at the opportunity to lend a hand to others and aspires to become a volunteer for the organization Engineers Without Borders to better the life of individuals abroad. Under Tim Elsea’s leadership, Mountain Utility Company attained compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, and earned regulation from the Idaho Public Utilities Commission.
