Tim Elsea’s Work Experiences
Tim Elsea
became a member of the United States Army in 1983, where he served four years. After
he received an honorable discharge for his service, he went on to earn a degree
in civil engineering from Clemson University. From this point on, Tim Elsea successfully endeavored to pursue a career as a civil engineer and public
servant. In 2005, Tim Elsea moved to Missoula, Montana to serve as the
assistant director of public works and county engineer for the Public Works
department in Missoula County. Soon after, Lewis County Public Works hired him
to be the director of public works in Chehalis, Washington. He sustained this
position for six years, and then moved on to serve as the director of public
works for Lane County in Eugene, Oregon. Tim Elsea directed, monitored, and
oversaw many public works campaigns and initiatives during his time serving as
the director of public works for several counties.
